With a career that began at the young age of 15, Dionne has spent over two decades in the fashion and modeling industry, where she quickly gained recognition for her unique presence and passion for promoting body positivity.

In 2010, Dionne founded Full Figured Fierce, an organization dedicated to empowering and celebrating women of all shapes and sizes. For the past 13 years, Full Figured Fierce has been at the forefront of advocacy, education, and inspiration for the plus-size community, offering resources, events, and platforms that foster confidence and self-love.
