My name is Dionne Reeves- Grubbs. I am the founder of the Plus Empowerment Organization called Full Figured Fierce. Founded in 2012, Full Figured Fierce has dedicated ourselves to inspiring, encouraging and empowering the plus community in our area. We have done so with local and regional events that build confidence in not only women but our plus male community as well. With almost 100,000 followers via social media, we have collaborated with the major brands and personalities in the plus fashion industry to help us on our journey here in North Alabama.
